Vehicles in the Auction: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price(s) to determine the total amount owed by the winning bidder of each item. Vehicles will be cash or credit card sales only.
Real Estate in the Auction: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the total contract price.
The balance is due at closing within 30 to 45 days, unless prior written arrangements have been made by contacting Tom Abbott at (814) 724-9947
