This Auction is taking place at 3 locations all in one day. We will be starting at one location and will not start the next locations until the prior is finished.

You are responsible for removing, loading, and hauling your items. Bid accordingly. Triple States is not responsible for lifting or moving your items.
Payment will be made on site with cash, check, card. You must pay for your items before collecting/removing from the location.
All Sales are final. All property is offered As-Is condition. 15% Buyers premium. 3.95% fee for credit cards.
The balance is due at end of auction and prior to collecting any items, unless prior written arrangements have been made by contacting Tom Abbott at (814) 724-9947

Due to insurance regulations, Triple States is not able to assist any winning bidders with removal of contents items from the building where the items are located. Please bring whatever equipment and/or people you will need to remove the items won in the auction.
