Real Estate in the Auction: A 10% buyer’s premium, or $30000 (whichever is greater) will be added to the final bid price to determine the total contract price for the +/-7.3 acre parcel.
A 10% buyers premium, or $5000 (whichever is greater) will be added to the final bid price to determine the total sold contract price for the +/- 2.2 acre parcel.
